    Baking Process: 
    Baked on a bed of small, hot stones in a special oven, which results in its unique texture. 
    Texture & Flavor: 
    It's soft with some crispy bits and has a chewy texture, often accompanied by nutty sesame seeds. 
    Health Benefits: 
    Considered a healthy option due to its whole-grain, high-fiber, and cholesterol-free composition. 

    Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sesame Seeds, Water, Salt and yeast.

    ** Our fresh Sangak bread contains no artificial flavors or preservatives. To avoid mold, immediately after receiving your box, put the bread in the freezer and keep it frozen until you are consuming the bread.

    Warm the Sangak before serving for the best taste and serve with Breakfast with cheese, walnuts and jam or Halvardeh.
