Our fresh Barbari bread contains no artificial flavors or preservatives. To avoid mold, immediately after receiving your box, put the bread in the freezer and keep it frozen until you are consuming the bread.
Barbari Bread is a classic crispy chewy Persian flatbread. Barbari Bread gets crisp and golden in the oven. It is often eaten with salty soft cheese such as feta with herbs (sabzi) or jam and a cup of tea or coffee for breakfast.
